SOLUTIONS HYDROGENE is proud to announce the successful testing of its first TELI system prototype at the FC Lab, a benchmark platform for innovative energy systems, specializing in hydrogen and fuel cell technologies.
Validation of the first TELI prototype
a milestone on the road to sustainable energy innovation
This first prototype, sized to meet 50% of the energy requirements of a residential dwelling, was developed as part of our R&D program. The main objective: to validate our technological choices and confirm the expected performance of the TELI solution.
The test phase provided essential data on the operation of the TELI system, confirming the validity of the technical approach. It also highlighted several major areas for improvement, notably in terms of energy efficiency, system compactness, component integration and process optimization.
These optimizations notably concern effluent management (flow rate, temperature, hygrometry) and control of the equipment's ramp-up phase.
These valuable lessons will be fully integrated into the next phase of development, with the aim of enhancing reliability, improving energy performance and ensuring optimum operational robustness of the TELI system.
Pre-production model design launched
first step towards product industrialization
On the strength of the lessons learned from the tests, the TELI project is now entering a new phase: the design of the pre-production model of the TELI system, this time dimensioned to 100% of the target energy requirement.
This new version will incorporate all the optimizations identified, with the ambition of being more efficient, more compact, more stylish, and fully adapted to industrial production.
It will also feature a redesigned and optimized control software platform, offering a more intuitive user interface and remote control via the cloud, for real-time performance monitoring and more efficient maintenance.
To guarantee the security of data and operations, the TELI system will integrate the cybersecurity solution developed in consortium with IDEMIA Secure Transactions, SOLENT and IoT.BZH, to protect the energy system against any attempt at intrusion or disruption.
Testing of the pre-production version of the TELI system is scheduled for 2026, and will be a key step towards final validation of the TELI system and its launch on the market.
Key support from Bpifrance and FC Lab expertise
a shared commitment to energy innovation
The project benefited from the financial support of Bpifrance, a strategic partner playing a key role in accelerating our energy innovation process. This support enables us to consolidate the development of our technological solution, designed to meet the challenges of the energy transition and the evolving needs of sustainable energy production and consumption.
SOLUTIONS HYDROGENE would also like to warmly thank the FC Lab team for their professionalism, technical support and the quality of their test facilities. Their recognized expertise in innovative energy systems, and more specifically in hydrogen and fuel cell technologies, was a key factor in the success of this test phase.
